Breast Traetment After Childbirth

For a woman, the breast is an organ that is essential for the sustainability of the development of a new birth to a baby. Breasts are naturally going to spend so maternal milk. But that does not mean a woman or a mother does not need to take care of her breasts.

1. Prepare the following tools and materials

  • Baby Oil or Coconut oil clean
  • Glasses warm and cold water in a small basin
  • Two clean bath towels

2. Compress the nipple with cotton wool soaked in baby oil for a few minutes
3. Perform breast sequencing as follows:

  • Repeat each move 20 to 30 for each breast.

  • compressing
  • Compress both breasts with a warm towel for two minutes, then replace with cold water compresses two minutes and the pack again with warm water for two minutes.
